Free bicycles available at the summer house. Bakkum is in a great walking and cycling district. Go out and enjoy a terrace in one of the charming villages on the way or enjoy a terrace at the beach.

Shopping & Culture

The cities of Haarlem, Alkmaar and Amsterdam are a stone's throw away. Ideal for a day out because of the perfect train connection. Enjoy shopping or visit one of the interesting museums.

Weekly Markets

Castricum has a lively market every Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Bakkumse Regional Market is from May till the end of September every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
